The intervention, located in the open countryside, has provided for the reconstruction of an existing rural building reduced to ruins allowing the recovery of the volume for a private residence and an agricultural shed that in the future could be used as a bed and breakfast. The project of the new building complex was based on respect for the tradition of places, the typology of rural buildings and old materials recovered.

From a typological point of view, a planimetric arrangement was proposed in which the agricultural annex is separated from the main dwelling house; the choice and the laying of stone and brick, the color of the mortar of the walls, the wooden paws and fixtures, the tiles and the roof tiles of the roofs, the use of terracotta have been used in respect of local rural buildings . The strong sign of the masonry fireplace framed by large windows that frame the spectacular panorama, is the fulcrum of the house; heritage of a peasant life.
