The project is divided into two buildings, two wings, which host the living area and the sleeping area respectively, these two bodies are connected by a central area used as the main entrance.
The house has a mixed structure. The basement is made of reinforced concrete and houses the garage, the laundry room, the cellar, the thermal plant and an area destined for habitation. The first floor has a wooden frame with walls and cover with cork insulation and high-thickness mineral fiber and is used as a main residence. The building envelope guarantees high winter and summer comfort with minimum consumption.
