The project is the synthesis of analysis, bioclimatic design and insertion in a hilly and panoramic context of the building.
The client’s request was for a modern house, very comfortable but with low energy consumption.
The house has a wooden frame structure with walls and cover with cork insulation and thick wood fiber and is used as a main residence. The building envelope has been designed to guarantee high winter and summer comfort with minimum consumption. The standard required by the client is a CasaClima Gold Class (equivalent to the passive house).
